With 25 years of experience in the museum, gallery and non-profit arts education world, Jeremy Stone's experience can be most helpful for attorneys seeking to evaluate cases involving artists and works of art. Since 1992, Ms. Stone has been assisting attorneys across the United States and in Canada to evaluate and resolve cases involving artists, works of art, damage to and loss of studio space, and litigation related to a loss or injury to the artist or their art work. Stone has testified in both plaintiff and defense cases. She will provide a list of counselors and firms upon request. She is court tested as an Accredited Senior Appraiser, Fine Art and Member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
